1. COMPANY MASTER DATA
Preliminary collection of documentation referring to the company’s state of affairs: property data, management costs, consumption history, business framework (business sector, market positioning)
2. PRELIMINARY MEETING
Understanding of requirements aimed at sharing a space planning strategy with the client: motivations and objectives of setting up in the location in question, planned timing, development forecasts
3. VERIFICATION OF CONSUMPTION AND FIXED COSTS
Analysis of the structure’s consumption and running costs in order to obtain important parameterised and comparable orientation indicators to use in the definition of strategic choices
4. DEVELOPMENT OF RATIONALISATION PLAN
Representation of the state of affairs and computation of surfaces, analysis of the building and identification of critical points, analysis of personnel distribution and net surfaces assigned, interrelationships between work groups, detail of costs (cost per square metre / cost per workstation), analysis and definition of the company’s operational requirements
